SALES ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient transactions, assisting with market research, and helping grow our customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the aviation sales industry, learn valuable skills, and contribute to the success of a growing aviation sales organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the sales team in all aspects of the aircraft transaction lifecycle.
  • Review and summarize key details from aircraft maintenance logbooks.
  • Coordinate and schedule pre-purchase inspections and aircraft ferry flights.
  • Support the operations team in ensuring smooth transaction processing and closing procedures.
  • Assist in client retention efforts, including sending closing gifts, anniversary gifts, and conducting follow-up outreach in subsequent years.
  • Follow up with buyer leads to share information about our inventory.
  • Conduct market research using AeristaMetrics, including weekly audits.
  • Maintain and publish the Aeristapedia, an online version of Cirrus History.
  • Provide marketing and advertising support to enhance brand visibility.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in sales, aviation, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the aviation industry.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for client service.
